4. Base légale

- Regular backups (depending on the subscription plan)
- Access restricted by role (Director, Secretary, Monitor)
- Data isolation by client instance
7. Data Sharing
Your personal data is never sold or rented to third parties. It may only be shared with:
- OVHcloud: server hosting
- Competent authorities: upon judicial request

In accordance with Law 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
